Loco Motive sounds adorable. And good for you for starting the year with movement. I once read 'movement is medicine' and I never forgot it. We got a mini-trampoline (we had one before, but then we moved and had to give it away, you get the idea) and I'm excited to get back into better shape! Joy was one of my words last year and it served me well -- may it serve you beautifully in 2025!

Thank you very much, Lani! 😊 Oh, a mini-trampoline sounds like fun! Giving exercise a playful note and making moving fun is certainly a great way to do it.

I love how you focus on the good stuff, Claudia! It’s such a great way to shift our mindset and nurture mental health. I’ve been getting back into morning movement too, slowly and gently. My word for the year is intention—it’s all about aligning my actions with what truly matters and staying mindful in the process. Wishing you a beautiful 2025 filled with those little moments of joy. Can’t wait to hear more!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Dana! Intention is a powerful word for the new year. Thanks for sharing! Staying mindful and focussing on what truly matters is something that I can really relate to and what I made a habit of after my burnout / mental breakdown. I've found that it is particularly good for me as a highly sensitive person with limited energy. I hope it works well for you!

My husband, two adult children and I visited Big Bend National Park in Texas Jan 2 for four nights…leaving today. So beautiful. We all enjoyed it so much.

That sounds very special and just lovely to do that as a family! Very impressive landscape, wow! (I've just had a look on Wikipedia to read a bit about it.) Great way to start the new year with making such beautiful memories. Thank you for sharing!
